We work in three modes — diagnose, build, and operate. Most engagements start with a diagnostic. Everything we build, we hand off; we're not in the business of locking you into Rotunda.

Tier I
2–4 weeks · fixed fee

Diagnose.

A focused, time-boxed audit of your operation. We sit with your team, walk your stack, inventory the work, and come back with a written playbook: where AI creates leverage, where systematization does, and where neither does.

What we do

  • Shadow the ops team for a week — real days, not showcase days.
  • Map your tools, integrations, and the duct-tape between them.
  • Identify the top 5 AI-leverage opportunities ranked by margin impact.
  • Deliver a written playbook your team can run against — with or without us.

What you walk away with

  • A clear map of where software shapes your labor model.
  • Specific recommendations, not generic "AI transformation" slides.
  • A scoped roadmap for the next 12 months — DIY, or build-with-us.
  • An honest read on whether you need us for the build.
Tier II
2–6 months · project

Build.

We install the systems. Agent pipelines, data centralization, operational dashboards, AI-drafted comms, whatever the diagnostic surfaced. We document as we go. We train your team. When we leave, you own everything.

What we do

  • Stand up or consolidate your data layer as source of truth.
  • Deploy scoped AI agents with human escalation and logging.
  • Replace spreadsheet-and-headcount workflows with instrumented ones.
  • Write SOPs and runbooks your team can maintain without us.

Tier III
Ongoing · retainer or rev-share

Operate.

For select clients where the AI leverage compounds faster than your team can absorb it alone. We run the systems with you. Useful for portfolio operators who want Rotunda's engineering bandwidth without building a team in-house.
